Dear Jonathan,

I am a project officer for the Zoological Society of London, currently running a programme looking at London’s river pollution. I just wanted to reach out to your organisation as we have a volunteer opportunity that some of your readers might be interested in.

Each year we run an Outfall Safari programme on London’s rivers, to search and assess the pollution for surface water outfalls entering the river. This year we are surveying the rivers Shuttle and Cray. I have attached a flyer with some more information and how to sign up if interested. I would be very grateful if you could share this with your members and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Many thanks,

Sam Facey
